This privacy policy explains how Lee Whitwell, trading through Mini Professors Weymouth and WOW Thames Valley West, collects, uses and protects personal information.
I take your privacy seriously and only collect information that I reasonably need to run my business, deliver services, respond to enquiries and provide information that you have asked for.
Where you book directly through a WOW World Group website, booking system or another programme-owned platform, the relevant WOW World Group privacy policy may also apply.

- additional needs or other information you choose to share that may help me support your child
Health, allergy and additional-needs information
Parents and carers may choose to tell me about allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, neurodiversity, accessibility requirements or other information that may help me support a child safely.

My legal reasons for using your information
Depending on the circumstances, I may use personal information because:
- it is necessary to provide a service you have requested
- you have given your consent
- I need to comply with a legal obligation
- I have a legitimate business interest that does not override your rights
- it is necessary to protect somebody in an emergency
Marketing
I may ask whether you would like to receive relevant information, offers, opportunities or updates. This could include information about Mini Professors, Baby Sensory, Toddler Sense, Reading Fairy, classes and workshops, holiday clubs, events, franchise opportunities, business ownership opportunities, Class Leader opportunities and WOW World Group opportunities.
Where consent is required, I will ask for it. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting me directly.
Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop essential communications relating to a booking, payment, service or enquiry.
Facebook, Instagram and Meta advertising
I use platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to promote classes, services and opportunities.
Where you have been clearly informed and there is an appropriate legal basis, I may use limited personal information such as an email address or telephone number to help me create or manage advertising audiences on platforms such as Meta.
- show relevant advertising to people who have expressed an interest
- exclude existing customers or leads from certain advertising campaigns
- understand how advertising performs
- help Meta identify audiences who may be interested in similar services, where permitted
Meta Pixel and Conversions API
Where you have made the appropriate cookie or tracking choice, my websites, funnels or landing pages may use Meta advertising technologies including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API.
These tools help me understand what happens after somebody sees or clicks an advert. For example, they may help me understand whether somebody visited a page, submitted a form, downloaded information, became a lead or booked a call. This helps me understand which advertising is useful and which is not.
Where required, advertising and tracking technologies will not be activated until the appropriate consent has been given.
Systeme.io
I use Systeme.io for some of my marketing, landing pages, email communication and contact management. Systeme.io may be used for landing pages, enquiry forms, mailing lists, email campaigns, lead magnets, quizzes or surveys, automated email sequences, contact management, tags and segmentation, business opportunity enquiries and Class Leader enquiries.
If you provide your details through one of my Systeme.io pages or forms, the information may be stored and processed within Systeme.io on my behalf. I only collect information that is relevant to the particular service, enquiry or opportunity.
Quizzes, surveys, downloads and lead magnets
From time to time I may offer quizzes, surveys, downloadable guides, checklists, information packs, webinars, free resources and business opportunity information.
If you provide your personal details to access one of these, I will explain what your details are being collected for. If I would also like to send ongoing marketing, I will make this clear at the point your details are collected where consent is required.
Completing a quiz, filling in a survey or downloading a resource does not automatically mean that you have agreed to receive all future marketing.
Business opportunity enquiries
If you enquire about becoming a franchisee or business owner, I may collect information such as your name, contact details, location, programmes you are interested in, work background or experience you choose to share, information about what you are looking for, notes from conversations or discovery calls, and your progress through the enquiry process.
I use this information to respond to your enquiry and provide relevant information.
Class Leader and recruitment enquiries
If you enquire about becoming a Class Leader, practitioner or team member, I may collect your name, contact details, location, work experience, availability, relevant skills, application information and notes from conversations. This information is used to manage your enquiry or application.
Details you send through the application form on this site are used only to consider your application and contact you about the role.
Where your information comes from
Most information comes directly from you. For example, when you make a booking, complete an enquiry form, join a mailing list, register for an event, download a resource, complete a quiz, book a call, contact me, enquire about a franchise or business opportunity, or apply or enquire about a Class Leader role.
I may also receive information from a WOW World Group booking system where this is necessary to provide a service you have booked. I may receive limited information from advertising or analytics platforms about how people interact with adverts, websites or landing pages.
Who I may share information with
I may use trusted organisations and service providers to help me operate my business. These may include WOW World Group, relevant programme providers, Systeme.io, booking-system providers, website and domain providers, payment providers such as Stripe, email providers, Meta where advertising tools are being lawfully used, analytics providers, accountants or bookkeepers, professional advisers, insurance providers, and IT and software providers.
I only share information where there is a legitimate reason to do so. Some organisations act as Data Processors on my behalf. Others may act as independent controllers for their own purposes, depending on the circumstances.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- ask what information I hold about you
- request a copy of your information
- ask me to correct inaccurate information
- ask me to delete information in certain circumstances
- restrict certain processing
- object to certain processing
- object to direct marketing
- withdraw consent
- request transfer of certain information
- complain about how your information has been handled
Stopping marketing
You can stop receiving marketing at any time. You can click the unsubscribe link in an email, contact me directly, or ask me to stop using your information for direct marketing.
If you ask me to stop marketing to you, I may retain enough information to make sure your request continues to be respected.
WOW World Group
Where information is collected through a website, booking system or other platform controlled by WOW World Group, WOW World Group's own privacy policy may also apply.
My own privacy policy applies to information that I collect and control directly through my own business activities, websites, landing pages, forms and marketing systems.
Changes to this policy
I may update this privacy policy as my systems, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will always show the date it was last updated.
